Compliance Consultant, Records Management Program - Remote

Symetra has an exciting opportunity to join our Records Management Compliance team as a Compliance Consultant!\n\n \n\nAbout the role\n\nAs a Compliance Consultant on the Records Management team, you will bring deep expertise in Records Management and governance to support enterprise-wide initiatives and business partners. Responsibilities include leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of retention, defensible destruction, and lifecycle governance practices across systems and business functions.\n\nThe position operates with a high degree of independence and requires strong judgment, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate policy into practical execution.
