Compliance Counsel

Ensure effective implementation of Third Party Management (TPM) process and train functions involved in the process; assess and decide on third-party engagements in line with the global TPM process. Assist with assessment and management of material actual or potential conflicts of interest. Ensure the effective implementation of the policies and directives relating to reporting of violations and concerns. Manage reporting to relevant stakeholders, where applicable, for compliance-related reports of misconduct, investigations, and remediation efforts. Work with the investigations team and local head(s) of legal and other stakeholders to ensure that interactions with local authorities and regulators are coordinated and implement processes to identify and manage regulatory requests and deadlines. Assist with or conduct compliance-related merger and acquisition due diligence and execute integration activities in your market area as needed. Participate as needed in cross-functional compliance alignment meetings, boards, and steering groups. Ability to handle high-stakes and fast-moving situations; ability to handle multiple matters at once and communicate shifting priorities and updates to key stakeholders; a self-starter Ability to analyze data for patterns and trends and share insights with stakeholders to identify and solve compliance risks.
