The role

They're looking for an experienced Compliance Officer to take ownership of all things AML and regulatory. You'll need to be CySEC AML-certified for ASPs and either already registered or ready to be registered as the company's named Compliance Officer.

What you'll do:

• Maintain and improve AML and compliance procedures

• Lead client onboarding, KYC reviews, and risk assessments

• Handle ongoing monitoring and ensure full legal and regulatory compliance

• Prepare and submit CySEC reports

• Liaise with CySEC, clients, and internal teams on all AML-related matters

• Stay up to date with regulatory changes and notify management accordingly

What you'll bring:

• 3+ years experience in compliance or AML within fiduciary/corporate services

• CySEC AML Certificate (for ASPs) essential

• Excellent Greek & English communication skills

• Experience with AML platforms and MS Office

• Meticulous attention to detail, discretion, and strong time management

• Ideally already registered with CySEC as a Compliance Officer (or eligible to be)
