Our client, an industry-leading provider of turnkey gaming platform solutions since 2012, is looking for a Junior Compliance Officer to join their team onsite in Limassol. The Role
As a Compliance Officer, you will support the compliance function across a portfolio of products and licensed websites. Working closely with internal departments, you will help ensure that active content meets regulatory standards, assist with AML processes, and contribute to auditing and data compilation tasks. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role suited to someone who is methodical, eager to learn, and looking to grow within the iGaming compliance space.
Your Responsibilities
Maintain compliance across all related products and platforms
Analyse content on required websites and games
Compile compliance-related data during content audits
Assist with AML processes and monitoring
Process DPO and SAR requests
Communicate and coordinate with other internal departments on compliance matters
Scan active content to ensure it meets regulatory standards while maintaining quality
What We're Looking For
Minimum of 1 year in a similar relevant position in the online gaming industry is considered as advantage.
Strong analytical skills combined with the ability to comprehend and analyse financial data
Familiar of compliance documents and AML legal framework
High level of attention to detail; effective decision-making abilities; ability to work on own initiative and to assess situations quickly and accurately
Resilient with an ability to work under pressure, while maintaining accuracy and quality standards
Ability to work independently and also to liaise with other departments
Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Fluent English speaker with high written/verbal communication skills
European citizenship.
Remuneration and Benefits
Starting salary: €1,800 gross per month
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00
