Compliance Senior Analyst

Hours 8AM CST to 5PM CST (subject to change based on client needs) Salary: $53,136/yr Review, monitor, and verify investigation documents prepared by Junior Associates to ensure accuracy and thoroughness. Interact with members of the Admin team and directly with clients to resolve policy issues and analyze processes for accuracy. Management monitors all technical issues and agent downtime. 2 years of demonstrated expertise in life insurance & annuities; understanding of products and concepts. 2 years of experience communicating with insurance company home offices ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. 2 years of experience with methodology writing for creating clear and concise documentation. 2 years of experience in coordinating or leading special projects and supervising, monitoring, and verifying contracts of the Jr. Associates Assists team with escalated client or account issues. Demonstrates professional courtesy and represents the company in a positive manner in all areas of internal and external communications. Compiles and analyzes data to identify trends for root cause analysis. Highest-level of support on programs, projects, reporting, filing for the BPO organization (electronic and hard copy), confidential materials handling, and issue resolution through experiences performing the role. Subject matter expert in particular area of administrative support. Assists to review, update and implement process and policy improvements. Regularly responsible for accessing, organizing, and maintaining confidential company information. Coordinates/leads special projects. Advanced ability to effectively respond to shifting and changing priorities of a complex nature. To work remote, individuals must meet all the established Remote requirements including those pertaining to a home workspace and related technology. Technology Employees are responsible for the care and security of all equipment provided. They must return it immediately upon separation from the company following company protocols. Failure to return equipment may result in collection actions and/or other consequences. Individuals must provide their own high speed internet access with speeds at or above 50 Mbps. A hard-wired ethernet connection is required. Wi-Fi, mobile, wireless and public internet connections are forbidden as are connections outside of one's personal dwelling or location.
