You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen internal controls, develop training tools, and support our commitment to ethical, transparent care delivery.

What You’ll Do
Conduct audits and documentation reviews across operational and clinical areas (e.g., HIPAA, Medicare, internal policies).
Identify root causes of compliance issues and recommend actionable solutions.
Lead or support internal investigations from intake through resolution.
Track and document compliance incidents, audits, and follow-ups using internal systems.
Partner with internal teams to create and monitor corrective action plans.
Collaborate with Quality & Education to update training materials and SOPs.
Maintain and update compliance dashboards and monitoring tools.
Stay up to date on healthcare regulatory changes and assess their impact.
Support the creation and annual review of policies and regulatory guides.
Participate in company-wide compliance campaigns and projects.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Compliance, Public Health, or related field.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in healthcare compliance, auditing, or regulatory affairs.
Working knowledge of HIPAA, Medicare care management programs (CCM, PCM, RPM), and OIG compliance guidelines.
Experience conducting investigations and root cause analyses.
Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) .
Experience working in value-based care, care coordination, or health tech organizations.
Familiarity with compliance risks in remote or virtual care settings.
