The role
The Bluetooth Compliance program protects all Bluetooth SIG members by ensuring all Bluetooth products meet the Bluetooth requirements. The Bluetooth Compliance program also ensures all companies are using the trademarks in accordance with the Bluetooth brand guide and are selling goods and services that have successfully completed the Bluetooth Qualification Process.
The Compliance Program Coordinator performs market surveillance to ensure all Bluetooth products are compliant to the Bluetooth requirements and perform audits of existing qualification data to ensure accuracy. This role interacts with all types of member companies from all regions of the world to support them with the process requirements.
Roles and responsibilities
Provide first-tier support for member questions and issues related to Compliance Program process
Work with team to define average metrics for resolution and pattern analysis to establish baseline for measured improvements to the program and processes
Generate weekly and ad-hoc reports for management
Identify and remove products in violation from online retailers
Execute surveillance, corrective action, auditing parameters and procedures to verify product compliance with Bluetooth specification
Partner with internal stakeholders and peers to identify efficiency opportunities
Travel up to 10% domestic or international
Skills and requirements
Strong analytical and creative thinking
Strong attention to detail and focus on work accuracy
Strong communication skills, written and verbal to technical and non-technical audiences
Excellent problem-solving with capacity to bring problem to resolution
Strong time management and task prioritization skills
High level of professionalism
Experience in various CRM tools such as Dynamics, HubSpot or Salesforce
Experience in Excel working with formulas/pivot tables
Accountable team player
