What's the VIE Forvia Program all about?

The VIE Program of Forvia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiary around the world!

What is your role and surroundings?

We are looking to hire a VIE for Compliance to join our US Compliance team in Auburn Hills near to Detroit.

You will take responsibility for assisting US Regional Compliance Officer in managing the development and implementation of compliance programs, responses to regulatory audits, reviewing conflicts of interests, reports and assisting in investigations.

To do well in this role you need a very fine eye for details, experience as legal, compliance or data analyst or in related field (legal, compliance, finance, internal control, controlling, audit) and deep understanding of the data analysis tools and databases

Overall, you will also assist US Compliance team to maintain legal and regulatory compliance by researching and communicating requirements, obtaining approvals etc.

  What will be your main missions?

• Lead transversal projects and programs to enhance the awareness and presence of Compliance within all aspects of business.
• Assist in identification and drafting of new policies; update/assess existing policies.
• Develop and oversee compliance training for employees, writing and communicating guidelines.
• Managing master data (including creation, updates, and deletion) and users and user roles, training end users on new reports and dashboards.
• Contribution to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

The mission will last 18 months.

What you need to join us?

• European citizenship
• Pursuing a master’s degree from an accredited university in compliance, data analytics, internal control, or audit
• Work experience of compliance, data analytics, risk management, and/or audit with a strong focus on risks and controls and risk-based auditing techniques.
