SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Component Reworker to join our High Power and NPI Business Unit. Our work supports critical applications across industries where precision and consistency are essential.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- As a key member of our production team, you will support the assembly and rework of electronic components for advanced high-power products and new product introductions.
- This role involves precise soldering of SMT and through-hole components, manual electronic assembly, and strict adherence to established quality standards and procedures to ensure reliability and performance.
- You will collaborate closely with engineers and other team members to troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, and maintain compliance with ESD and 5S practices.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience soldering SMT and through-hole components
- Ability to perform manual electronic assembly
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Basic understanding of electronic components and assemblies
- Must be able to follow procedures, and do 5S daily
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with PCB assembly and rework
- Ability to read schematics or assembly drawings
- Familiarity with ESD (electrostatic discharge) safety procedures
- Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
- Good organizational and time-management skills
Salary Range: $20-$25/hr
