We are seeking a growth-minded Comprehensive / Cataract Surgeon to join our renown team of 7 MD and 4 OD at Matossian Eye Associates. We have 3 state-of-the-art offices in Doylestown, PA, Hamilton, NJ and Hopewell, NJ. • Very Attractive Base Salary, a $20,000 Signing / Relocation Bonus, and a Career Starter Bonus of $50,000 payable upon beginning work.


• We have lucrative Productivity Bonuses attainable within the first year, and thereafter, with a simple and highly competitive percentage of collections.


• Our established physicians of all subspecialties and age demographics are averaging well above the national median compensation as reported in national surveys with some routinely exceeding the 75^th%ile compensation

• Collaborative surgical skills review and mentorship by leading surgeons with ability to continue to grow and learn new techniques if needed (e.g. femto, ATIOLs, etc.).


• Physician-led administrative team, focused on strategic growth and brand marketing, with an eye on securing the future.
