CaseiZ is looking for a Compressed Auditor to join our team. 

A Compressed Air Auditor conducts comprehensive assessments of industrial compressed air systems to identify inefficiencies, leaks, and areas for improvement. They gather data, analyze system performance, and develop optimization and cost savings recommendations, often working with data logging equipment and reporting their findings. 

Requirements

• Understanding of compressed air system components, including compressors, dryers, and distribution networks.
• Analyzing data, identifying trends, and drawing conclusions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for presenting audit findings to clients.
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues within compressed air systems.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software, such as MS Visio, for developing schematics  and reports.
• Experience with data logging equipment and instrumentation for collecting system data. 
• Five (5) to Seven (7) years of direct relevant experience
• Two (2) to Four (4) year degree or technical college certification

Certifications

• CAGI Certified Compressed Air Systems Specialist (CCASS), or US DOE AirMaster Specialist. 

Compressed Air Auditor duties include but are not limited to:

• Conducting ultrasonic leak detection surveys to identify and tag leaks within a compressed air system. 
• Performing demand-side walkthroughs to identify areas for compressed air reduction, such as blower or vacuum applications. 
• Developing comprehensive compressed air system audit reports, including P&I drawings and system schematics. 
• Assisting with the development of technical proposals and employee training. 
• Working with sales teams to present audit findings and promote system optimization solutions.
