Computer Network Operations Developer Lead (CI poly)

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop low-level software in C, C++, or Assembly.
  

• Lead a team of developers supporting SIGINT, CNO, or cyber operations.
  

• Reverse-engineer binaries and exploit vulnerabilities.
  

• Develop mission-critical software with an emphasis on performance and stealth.
  

• Collaborate with analysts and mission personnel to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or similar, or equivalent experience.
  

• 10+ years of CNO development, malware analysis, or vulnerability research.
  

• Experience with IDA Pro, Ghidra, and debuggers (e.g., WinDbg).
  

• Python and scripting language proficiency.
  

• Previous leadership experience preferred.
