Job Description - Computer Platform Service Batch Operations technician

Computer Platform Service Batch Operations technician. Responsible for, monitoring, scheduling and

troubleshooting various IT schedules and jobs in Control M mainframe and enterprise environments,

providing a high degree of customer support for applications supported mainly by DWD, DCF and DHS.

Hardware/Software Environment

Control M- Mainframe / Client Side, Changeman, Informatica

Additional Comments

Second shift and backup weekend shift coverage required.
