Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, documenting, programming, testing, debugging, installing vendor applications, and maintaining departmental technical documentation. The candidate will serve as an entry-level programmer in developing and enhancing software solutions and systems, routine maintenance, and Level 1 support of all enterprise resource systems and interfaces modules and will work with users and vendors to resolve problems.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

This position requires a high school diploma and experience in computer system development and modification. A bachelor's degree in a related area may be substituted for the required work experience.
Preferred Qualifications

Preferred candidate will have working or educational experience with database query languages, modern-day programming languages, electronic forms, and workflows. This position will work under limited supervision and will initiate solving unanticipated problems, work individually and in a cross-functional environment. Must be able to communicate to users effectively and meet deadlines independently. Excellent organizational and communication skills are a must. Excellent internal and external customer service skills and teamwork are essential to this position.
