Computer Tech

Duties/Responsibilities:  

• Complete daily corrections emails received from branches and Home Office. 

• Research errors on the remit report (debit processing) and correct them. 

• Monitor replication status screen daily in Tower Loan Operation System (TLOS). 

• Manage fraud prevention service’s exceptions.  

• Answer calls from banks to verify loan checks.  

• Monitor Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) processing.  

• Upload mail-loan check images. 

• Correct errors within mail-related loans.  

• Process incoming mail from U.S. Postal Service (USPS). 

• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:  

• High school diploma or GED. 

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.). 

• Customer service experience in an office environment is preferred 

Physical Requirements:  

• Stand, walk, and/or sit for eight (8) hours a day. 

• Communicate effectively, verbally, written, in person, via telephone, or electronically. 

• Lift and maneuver up to 20 lbs.
