Overview

Helios Defense Solutions LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, is seeking multiple highly motivated and qualified Computer User Support Specialists immediately on a contract basis to support U.S. STRATCOM at Offutt AFB, NE.

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for assisting the Government in administering and maintaining Cybersecurity and Information Assurance; for recommending cybersecurity policies to assist in cybersecurity and information assurance legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements; including security technology, and operations that must trace to written policy that directs what is to be protected, to what degree, and what the consequences are for violations of that protection; for creating, maintaining, and advising the Government on security Authority to Operate (ATO) packages; providing guidance and documentation, as requested by the Government, towards application and system security; auditing data on J2 owned systems, in accordance with (IAW) policies and procedures and provide documented audit trails as requested by the Government.

Requirements

- Be a U.S. Citizen

- Hold an active Top Secret clearance

- Possess at a minimum a current DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification or current DoD 8140 certification.

- Possess at least five (5) years of relevant experience with and/or education in IT customer support; such as telephone, in-person, and email. 

- Possess at least five (5) years of relevant experience with and/or education developing TTP/SOP to support end user engagement. 

- Possess at least five (5) years of relevant experience with and/or education troubleshooting hardware/software issues on a desktop environment. 

Pay Range:

The salary for this position is not 100% guaranteed.
