Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain CT scanning equipment.


• Prepare and position patients for CT scans.


• Administer contrast agents as required.


• Monitor patients during scanning to ensure their safety and comfort.


• Adjust scan parameters based on the specific area of the body being imaged.


• Review and analyze images for quality and accuracy.


• Collaborate with radiologists to interpret and report imaging results.


• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.


• Follow radiation safety protocols to minimize exposure.


• Perform routine equipment checks and maintenance.


• Assist in emergency medical situations during scanning when necessary.


• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Requirements

• Experience: 2-year experience required, CT Tech and X-Ray experience needed


• First-time Travelers: No


• Certifications/License: BLS and ARRT-R


• Machines: GE, PACS, Philips, Siemens, Toshiba


• Charting: EPIC required


• On-Call: No


• Weekend Requirement: Yes


• COVID & FLU: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only


• Locals allowed: Requires that your permanent residence is more than 50 miles from location, zip code 75751


• RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be included at time of submission
