WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Concierge, you’ll elevate the guest experience. In this role, you will:

• Provide guests with personalized recommendations and information about local attractions, dining, and entertainment.
• Coordinate reservations, transportation, and special requests with precision and care.
• Build relationships with guests to anticipate their needs and exceed expectations.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Stay informed about local events, trends, and services to offer the best advice.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.

WHAT YOU BRING

We’re looking for a friendly and knowledgeable individual who thrives on making connections. To excel in this role, you’ll need:

• Previous concierge or guest services experience in a luxury hotel or similar setting.
• Strong local knowledge and the ability to create customized itineraries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for delivering outstanding service and exceeding guest expectations.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
