Concierge

The purpose of this job description is to communicate the responsibilities and duties associated with the position of CONCIERGE. The concierge is responsible for greeting and assisting residents, checking in visitors, and handling all in coming complex mail/packages. The concierge is also responsible for maintaining order and cleanliness in the vestibule and front desk areas of the building.

• Greet residents curbside, open vehicle doors, offer shopping carts and offer any additional

assistance

• Have visitors sign in at front desk.

• Call residents to announce visitors.

• Accept mail deliveries

• Notify residents of mail deliveries and get appropriate signatures

• Manage any carts and luggage racks and move to appropriate spots.

• Make sure front vestibule glass is clean at all times. Wipe down if necessary.

• Request clean-up of public areas and trash as needed or take care if necessary

• Prepare Incident Reports for residents as needed and submit to Management Office.
