Concierge

Esplanade at Artisan Lakes is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Concierge.  Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to the clubs managed by Troon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist new homeowners and residents


• Schedule and coordinate spa appointments


• Support Members with questions and general inquiries


• Provide front desk coverage, including calls, emails, and check-ins


• Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown


• Conduct facility walkthroughs and report maintenance issues


• Receive and manage deliveries and inventory


• Maintain assigned areas to ensure tidy and organized spaces


• Support the Lifestyle Manager with special projects and events


• Perform other tasks as needed to support the team

Physical Requirements:
This is a very physically demanding role. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, move furniture, assist with event setup and breakdown, and be actively involved throughout their shift.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment


• Detail-oriented and proactive


• Comfortable with heavy, hands-on, active work


• Previous experience in hospitality or administrative support is a plus
