THE JOB: 

Join the team as a Concierge at ARIA Resort & Casino, where you’ll help create unforgettable experiences through personalized service and thoughtful recommendations.  In this role, you’ll connect with guests, anticipate their needs, and assist with dining, entertainment, reservations, special requests, and curated experiences throughout their stay.

By tuning into each guest's unique needs and preferences, you will craft unforgettable moments and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us!

THE STARTING PAY RATE:  $19.00 / Per Hour + Incentives and Commissions

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Promote, upsell, and cross-sell MGM Resorts amenities, rooms, restaurants, shows, cabanas, retail outlets, casino events, promotions, and MGM Rewards benefits
• Respond to guest concerns promptly, resolve conflicts, and anticipate potential challenges to ensure guest satisfaction
• Build professional relationships with guests and vendors while representing the brand in a professional manner
• Multitask across multiple operating systems simultaneously to fulfill guest requests efficiently
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of resort offerings, citywide attractions, hospitality services, and department policies and procedures

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• One (1) year of prior relevant experience in similar resort setting preferred
• Participation in industry associations including the Southern Nevada Hotel Concierge Association and Les Clefs d’Or USA preferred
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
• Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
