Overview
Our client is hiring a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) for a well-established concierge internal medicine practice located in Olney, Maryland.

This role is designed for a physician who values long-term patient relationships, preventative care, and a lower-volume clinical environment focused on quality over quantity. The practice operates under a concierge medicine model, allowing extended appointment times and a more personalized approach to care.

The incoming physician will join during a structured transition period, working closely with an experienced physician who is gradually expanding and transferring a well-established patient panel.


Responsibilities

• Provide concierge internal medicine care in outpatient setting
• Manage patient panel ranging approximately 435–600 patients
• Deliver preventative, chronic, and acute care services
• Conduct in-depth patient evaluations and follow-ups
• Support physician transition process and patient continuity
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation standards

• MD or DO degree
• Training in Internal Medicine, Med-Peds, or Geriatrics
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Active Maryland medical license or eligibility
• 1+ year experience in concierge medicine (required)

• $300,000+ annual compensation
