Concierge Receptionist - Continuous Learning Opportunities

Responsibilities:

• The Concierge is the face of the business and responsible for providing a top tier experience to employees and clients.
• First point of contact for employees and guests such as arrangement of transportation & travel arrangements, office wayfinding, lobby appearance management, visitor volume tracking & reporting, reception services, and guest administrative support as needed
• Assists on-site employees and visitors with questions, conference room/huddle room set up, and travel requests/expenses coordination.
• Ensures catering/food requests for meetings and conferences is ordered and placed
• Act as liaison for mechanical, maintenance, and other 3rd party vendors that perform work at the designated Aspen Offices
• Provide day-to-day onsite support for designated office

Candidate Profile:

• 3-5+ years experience as high end receptionist, concierge or similar role
  • Hospitality, Restaurant, or Hotel experience a plus
• Associate Degree or higher preferred
• Strong calendar and time management skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong Interpersonal Skills
• High Emotional Intelligence
• Strong attention to detail
• Exceptional Customer Service skills
