About the Concierge position:

This is a Union position at our Towers at Wyncote location.  This position interacts with our residents on a daily basis, customer service experience is helpful. This position opening is for various shifts.

Critical factors in consideration for this role include:

Ability to read and interpret documents.

Basic computer skills.

Customer service skills.

Schedules may include overnight hours and/or weekends.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:

Welcome Residents and guests upon entering the building.

Directing visitors.

Accept resident packages and logging packages.

Monitor the lobby and the building cameras.

Assisting with emergencies.

Responds to employee and resident requests in a courteous and timely manner.

Wears the required uniform and maintains a professional appearance at all times.

Performs other related duties and assignments as required.
