Concrete and Soil Testing field tech

Job Brief: We are looking for a highly motivated Field Technician with expertise in concrete testing and soil testing. The ideal candidate will hold ACI certification and possess SB-101 and SB-102 certifications. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and integrity of materials used in construction projects by conducting on-site testing and inspections.


Responsibilities:

• Concrete Testing:

  • Perform concrete testing, including slump tests, compression tests, and temperature monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.

• Soil Testing:

  • Conduct soil tests, including proctor density tests and moisture content analysis.
  • Maintain accurate records of test results and data.

• Certification Compliance:

  • Utilize your ACI certification and SB-101 & SB-102 certifications to ensure the highest level of testing accuracy and compliance.

• Reporting:

  • Prepare clear and detailed reports of test results for clients and project managers.

• Equipment Maintenance:

  • Properly maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accuracy.

• Safety:

  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.

Skills Required:

• ACI certification.
• SB-101 and SB-102 certifications.
• Previous experience in concrete and soil testing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in testing procedures.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
