Concrete Carpenter (Formwork)

We’re hiring skilled Concrete Formwork Carpenters for commercial construction projects. This is a hands-on role for experienced professionals who can build forms accurately and work safely on active jobsites.

What You’ll Do

• Construct and assemble concrete forms for walls, columns, foundations, and slabs
• Assist with concrete finishing as needed
• Follow safety protocols and maintain clean, organized jobsites
• Comply with federal facility requirements and pass drug testing
• Lift and carry materials and tools over 50 lbs safely

• Proven experience with concrete formwork (walls, columns, slabs, foundations)
• Concrete finishing experience (a plus)
• Strong safety mindset and jobsite professionalism
• Valid work authorization

Compensation

• $22–$30 per hour, depending on experience
