We're now equipped to handle all aspects of the project which include foundations, flatwork, exterior concrete to excavation and grading. SUMMARY OF POSITION

We are seeking highly motivated Concrete Carpenters for our growing concrete business based in Dillsburg, PA.  Work is primarily in South Central PA and surrounding areas.

TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Completes all cast in place concrete form work, such as forming, footings, steps, walls, piers, slab construction joints, column boxes, etc.


• Forms footers (set forms, layout, set anchor bolts etc.)


• Ties rebar as necessary


• Responsible for jobsite cleanup at the end of the day and project


• Travels from job site to job site when/as needed


• Works closely with other crew members; in a fast-paced environment 
  


• Performs in other laborer tasks as/when necessary
  


• Follows all company rules, regulations, policies, guidelines, etc.
  

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 18 years of age


• Possesses a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to reach assigned job sites


• Experience and knowledge of construction; preferably in concrete


• Ability to read and understand blueprints is preferred


• Must be able to work in outdoor environments, including prolonged walking or standing on various terrain in a wide range of weather conditions


• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently and meet necessary deadlines


• Experience with hand tools associated with the trade


• Must have experience with Microsoft products such as word, excel and outlook


• Ability to pass DOT pre-employment physical and drug/alcohol screening
