Experienced Concrete Coatings Applicator 

Role Overview:

The Experienced Concrete Coatings Applicator is a specialized role aimed at professionals with a passion for transforming and protecting surfaces. With your expertise in concrete coatings, you will lead projects that not only enhance the appearance of concrete floors but also extend their lifespan. This role is perfect for those who take pride in detailed, high-quality work and are looking for an opportunity to showcase their skills on a variety of challenging projects. A high degree of precision, creativity, and leadership is required to succeed in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage and execute complex concrete coating projects, ensuring excellence in finish and durability.


• Assess, prepare, and treat surfaces to ensure optimal adhesion and finish, including crack repair, surface leveling, and cleaning.


• Apply a range of coatings, such as epoxy, polyurethane, and polyaspartic, using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment, ensuring uniform application and thickness.


• Conduct on-site evaluations to recommend the best coating solutions based on the environment and usage.


• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations that meet their aesthetic and functional requirements.


• Collaborate with the management team and other departments to improve application processes, customer education, and overall project satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in concrete coatings with 3 years experience, demonstrating a track record of successful project completion is preferred.


• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to achieving the highest quality of workmanship.


• Ability to solve complex problems on the job and adapt to changing project requirements.
