CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION FINISHER 

Our Byrne & Jones Construction – Ohio location provides commercial asphalt & concrete services throughout Columbus, Ohio. We also provide running track installation & resurfacing services to the entire state of Ohio. Our experience in asphalt paving and pavement solutions sets the foundation for helping others.

We self-perform all our pavement work, meaning that if you're hired, you'll play a key role in our building success. Your skills will be a vital part of a team that's devoted to getting the job done right - on time & on budget.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist crew in execution of work including demo, form & finishing of concrete

• Display a professional & courteous attitude to co-workers, customers & public


• Strict adherence to safety requirements & procedures


• Perform other routine duties as directed by Foreman

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate will have 2 or more years of experience finishing concrete


• Ideal candidate will also have 2 or more years of general carpentry experience

• Must be able to lift, carry, & place heavy objects

• Must have reliable transportation


• Insurable driver w/ valid OH driver’s license preferred (additional compensation for CDL)

Byrne & Jones Ohio is a nonunion contractor occasionally performing Prevailing Wage work. Typical work includes small to large commercial construction & paving projects.
