We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our construction team. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for finishing concrete surfaces to ensure they are smooth, durable, and visually appealing. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and set up forms for pouring concrete
• Pour, spread, and level concrete using various tools
• Smooth and finish surfaces using hand or power tools
• Apply sealants and protective coatings as needed
• Monitor and repair cracks or imperfections in concrete surfaces
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a Concrete Finisher
• Knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
• OSHA certification is a plus
