Concrete Finisher – Direct Hire Opportunity

💲 $35–$40/hour | Full-Time | 40–50 Hours/Week
 

Superior Skilled Trades is hiring experienced Commercial Concrete Finishers for a direct hire position with a reputable contractor in the Greater Philadelphia Area. We're looking for professionals with a strong background in high-quality finishing and trowel machine operation.
 

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Form and pour footings, sidewalks, slabs, ADA ramps, stairs, and other concrete structures

• Finish concrete using broom, hand trowel, walk-behind, and ride-on trowel machines

• Complete large slab pours up to 20,000 sq. ft.

• Perform general labor tasks: grading, excavating, spreading stone/concrete by hand and equipment
   

🔧 What You Bring:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on concrete finishing experience

• Skilled with both walk-behind and ride-on trowel machines (required)

• Strong work ethic, safety awareness, and teamwork mindset

📋 Pre-employment requirements:

• Drug screening

• Background check
   

🎯 What’s Offered:

• Direct hire with full-time, stable hours (40–50/week)

• Hourly Pay: $35–$40

• Health Insurance: 50% employer coverage after 3 months
