Key Responsibilities:

• Measurement Skills: Accurately read a tape measure to ensure precise work.


• Form Setting: Set concrete forms using a variety of tools, including sledgehammers, impact drivers, nail pouches, and establish string lines and rotary lasers.


• ADA Compliance Knowledge: Stay informed about regulations to ensure compliance in all projects.


• Physical Endurance: Regularly lift 50 lbs or more throughout your workday.


• Concrete Finishing Techniques: Successfully finish flat floors, stamp concrete, and perform broom finishes, curb, and gutter work with a strong understanding of ADA compliance.


• Dependability: Maintain punctuality and good attendance; arrive on time each day with a positive attitude.


• Self-Starter: Think independently while following directions and working collaboratively with the team.

Qualifications:

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years in construction, specifically in concrete finishing or form setting.


• Driver's License: A valid driver's license is preferred, along with personal transportation.


• Work Ethic: A strong work ethic and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.


• OSHA 10 Certification: This is a plus but not mandatory.
