Responsibilities

• Lead and work with crew members setting concrete flatwork forms, grading, and finishing interior and exterior concrete for interior floors, sidewalks, freestall barns, and exterior slabs
• Monitor quality control and safety standards for crew members and subcontractors
• Assist Foreman with organization of jobsite, subcontractors, equipment and paperwork
• Operate concrete finishing equipment and hand tools
• Operate skid loaders, forklifts, and other small construction equipment
• Assist with training crew members
• Operate skid loaders, forklifts, and other small construction equipment
• Lead 4-5 craftsmen
• Detailed workmanship
• Efficiently work in a fast paced environment

• Any combination of education and experience that demonstrates the knowledge and ability to perform the work
• Knowledge of basic math skills
• Read and understand blueprints
• Ability to travel - usually within the state of WI
• Ability to lift heavy objects (0-80 lbs from ground to waist level, 0-50 lbs from ground to shoulder level)
• Ability to walk, stand, stoop and bend for long periods of time while performing physical labor
• Ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions
• Must possess skills to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Committed to maintaining a safe work environment
• Ownership mentality
• Valid Driver’s License
• Must obtain Class A CDL temps within 6 months of employment
