Concrete Foreman

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead field operations and manage crews on active job sites. This role requires a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of concrete construction processes and the ability to manage teams and timelines effectively. We need a Concrete Foreman who knows how to run a crew, keep a job moving, and deliver clean, professional results. You should be comfortable managing people, reading construction documents, and solving problems on the fly.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise concrete crews on-site to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Interpret and execute project plans, digital layouts, and construction documents.
• Oversee formwork, reinforcement placement, concrete pours, and finishing.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors.
• Track crew hours, material usage, and daily progress reports.
• Mentor and train crew members to build a high-performing team.

 Qualifications 

• 5+ years of concrete construction experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proficient in reading and executing digital construction documents and layout systems.
• Strong knowledge of forming systems, rebar installation, and concrete finishing.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license/ID card and reliable transportation.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
