Concrete Foreman

As a Concrete Foreman at Sure-Dry, you’ll help restore and protect homeowners’ driveways, patios, sidewalks, and concrete surfaces through lifting, leveling, repairing, and sealing. This role goes beyond hands-on work—You’ll lead a team that will deliver long-lasting solutions customers can trust.

What You’ll Do

• Serve in a working foreman role, leading by example on the job site
• Maintain equipment daily and perform regularly scheduled maintenance on equipment
• Lead a team of installers applying concrete solutions for foundation repair
• Assist with evaluating job site conditions and implementing necessary adjustments
• Work with your crew to complete projects that transform and protect customers’ homes
• Follow proven, company-approved methods to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
• Troubleshoot issues and make real-time adjustments as needed
• Work both indoors and outdoors, depending on the project scope (primarily outdoors)
• Communicate with customers throughout the job to ensure a remarkable experience
• Attend weekly team meetings

•  1+ years of construction experience, with leadership experience preferred
• A valid non-probationary driver’s license (and/or CDL).
• Detail-oriented with mechanical knowledge for equipment care
• Strong communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Ability to lift and move materials, work on your knees, and operate power tools
• Comfortable using phone and tablet apps for work
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
