Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Cedar Park Group is hiring experienced Concrete Form Carpenters/Laborers to join our team for ongoing construction projects. We’re looking for dependable professionals with a strong background in formwork and job site safety.

Position Overview:

As a Concrete Form Carpenter/Laborer, you will be responsible for building and dismantling various types of concrete forms including custom wood forms, Johns Forms, and Symons Forms. This role requires at least 3 years of hands-on experience in the field and a strong working knowledge of layout, measuring, cutting, and securing formwork. You will work as part of a crew to help pour and finish concrete foundations, stairs, and structural elements.

Responsibilities:

  Build, install, and dismantle formwork systems

  
  


• 
  

  Read and follow construction blueprints and diagrams

  
  


• 
  

  Measure and cut materials accurately

  
  


• 
  

  Set forms to the correct depth and pitch

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure proper alignment and bracing of forms

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with concrete pours and finishing as needed

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a clean and safe work environment

  
  


• 
  

  Follow OSHA safety standards at all times

  
  

Requirements:

• 
  

  Minimum 3 years’ experience in concrete formwork

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency with Symons, Johns, and custom wood forms

  
  


• 
  

  OSHA 10 certification required

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in varying conditions

  
  


• 
  

  Strong work ethic, teamwork, and communication skills
