Job Overview

We’re hiring a Concrete Foundation/Footing FOREMAN to manage crews, oversee layout

and installation, and assist with bidding. You’ll ensure projects are completed safely, on

time, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

•
Crew Leadership: Direct and mentor a team, ensuring productivity and quality.

•
Layout: Execute precise site measurements and formwork per plans.

•
Installation: Supervise concrete forming, pouring, and finishing for durable

foundations.

•
Bidding: Help estimate costs and prepare bids for new projects.

•
Safety: Uphold OSHA and company safety standards.

•
Coordination: Work with project managers and clients for smooth operations.

•
Quality Assurance: Inspect work to meet specs and codes.

Requirements

•
Experience: 5+ years in concrete foundation/footing, 2+ years leading crews.

•
Skills: Proficient in layout, installation, blueprint reading, and bidding.

•
Certifications: OSHA 30 a plus; valid driver’s license required.

•
Traits: Organized, proactive, strong communicator.

•
Physical Ability: Can handle heavy lifting and outdoor work.
