Job Type: Full-time (40–50 hours/week depending on weather)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Concrete Laborer to join our team in Houston, TX. This is a full-time position offering consistent hours and competitive pay, starting at $19/hour. Candidates must have basic experience working with concrete and reliable transportation to and from job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation, pouring, and finishing of concrete for various construction projects
   
• Set forms, spread, level, and smooth concrete using a variety of hand and power tools
   
• Mix concrete and other materials as needed
   
• Perform site cleanup and loading/unloading of materials
   
• Follow all safety protocols and site procedures
   
• Work efficiently under supervision and independently when needed
   
• Adapt to variable work hours (typically 40–50 hours/week, weather dependent)
   

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with concrete (minimum 6 months preferred)
   
• Must have reliable transportation to job sites across the Houston area
   
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks in varying weather conditions
   
• Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
   
• Knowledge of concrete tools and safety procedures is a plus
