What you need to be successful

To thrive as a Concrete Crew Member with Fox Cities Builders, you'll need a toolbox full of essential skills and a can-do attitude! From setting up, pouring, and removing foundations to finishing flatwork with finesse, your hands-on experience will shine. A solid understanding of agricultural and commercial concrete systems is a must, along with the ability to keep the project site looking sharp and professional every day. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills will help you tackle challenges head-on, while your knowledge of the construction industry and sub-contractor trades will set you apart. Plus, with a mechanical aptitude and the physical stamina to meet demanding tasks, you’ll be ready to dig into this exciting role.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Setting up/pouring/and removing foundations and setting up/pouring and finishing of flatwork.


• Assist with pouring or installation of agricultural/commercial concrete systems.


• Keep project site clean and appearance professional daily.


• Ability to perform basic labor and construction duties.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to follow all policy and procedures as set forth by Fox Cities Builders and their customers.


• Knowledge of the general construction industry and the sub-contractor trades


• Must have mechanical aptitude and ability to handle physical and demanding requirements of the position.
