MCGRATH OFFERS YOU:

Union Journeyman scale pay.

You will be required to join the St. Louis Laborers Union if not currently a member. McGrath will provide sponsorship letter if required.

JOB DESCRIPTION

You will perform physical labor tasks on various projects throughout the St. Louis regional area. You will need to be a skilled tradesman in all aspects of general construction with an emphasis on concrete labor. Your tasks will be, but not limited to, form setup, blocking, strikeoff and finishing. Jobsite cleanup and organization, demolition, and assist carpenters.

You will be reporting to Project Superintendent and will need to take direction from that Team Leader.

Managing projects safely, profitable while looking out for the best interest of the client is a must.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERTISE

• 
  Concrete Laborer experience to qualify as journeyman level.


• 3+ years in construction.


• Self-starter that takes sincere pride in your work.


• Clean cut and professional at all times.


• Maintain strong work and personal ethics.


• Capacity to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.


• Ability to lift at least 50lbs.


• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and background history.


• Current OSHA 30- hour training minimum.
