Position Summary:
We are seeking a dependable Concrete Laborer to join our Tulsa team. This role involves assisting in the construction of bridge beams and precast forms, tying re-bar, and pouring and leveling concrete to meet customer specifications. The Concrete Laborer will work with various hand and power tools in an outdoor environment and should have strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Job Responsibilities:

• Build bridge beams and precast forms.
• Tie re-bar to the bar strands.
• Apply headers, mats, and other materials as needed.
• Pour concrete into the forms.
• Measure out the distances with tape measure and level it out to make sure the beams are to customer specifications.
• Use various hand and power tools as needed (saw, grinder, etc.).

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and good attendance
• Must be able to work outside in a non-climate controlled environment
