Join Our Team as a Concrete Laborer/Finisher!

We’re a trusted construction company with over 25 years of experience, seeking skilled concrete finishers and form setters to join our team. Location: Primarily in the Kansas City metro area
Transportation: Reliable transportation is required to access various job sites

Role & Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret tape measurements


• Set forms using sledgehammer, impact driver, nail pouch, string lines, and square methods (6-8-10)


• Set up and operate rotary lasers


• Finish flat floors, stamped concrete, broom finishes, curbs, and gutters


• Know and adhere to ADA compliance standards


• Lift 50+ lbs regularly


• Must have a valid driver’s license and own transportation


• Maintain a positive attitude and be self-motivated


• Be punctual and dependable


• Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills


• Communicate effectively with team members


• Follow instructions accurately

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of construction experience


• At least 1 year of concrete finishing/form setting experience


• Knowledge of ADA compliance standards


• OSHA 10 certification is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Work Schedule:

• Full-time, day shift, Monday to Friday


• 8-hour shifts with overtime and weekend availability
