Job Description - Concrete Mixer Driver

We are looking for a motivated driver that has a Class A or B Commercial Drivers License. The license must allow the driver to operate manual transmission as well as have air brake endorsements. Our drivers work Monday-Friday with ocassional Saturdays. We usually start our day about 6:30-7:00am and try to finish up around 4:00-5:00pm. All of our employees are given the opportunity to work productive a 40 hour week regardless of weather or adverse conditions. All of our full time employees are eligible for health insurance benefits, we pay 100% of premiums. We also provide our employees with uniforms, paid vacation, and paid sick time.

Compensation: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Our Story

In the winter of 1971 Finly Corporation was created to service and install septic systems throughout central Virginia. When Royall Fariss created the company with the vision to grow the company to meet the needs of the construction community while providing exceptional service and products.

With that vision in mind, we have grown to include manufacturing Pre-cast Septic products, Excavating, Hauling, Reclyed aggregates, Erosion and Sediment Control Management, and Ready Mix Concrete Products.

Royall has since retired from Finly Corporation but his son Mike Fariss continues the family business as President. Mike continues his family’s legacy by continuing to find ways to meet the needs of the construction community.
