Job Summary

We are hiring dedicated Concrete Pouring Laborers and Finishers to perform critical field work involving concrete placement, formwork, cutting, and surface finishing. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a team environment and are committed to safety, craftsmanship, and career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare job sites by setting forms and placing rebar
• Pour, spread, and finish concrete using proper tools and methods
• Operate equipment such as screeds, trowels, saws, and core drills
• Maintain cleanliness and order of job sites and tools
• Follow layout plans and supervisor direction
• Collaborate with crew members to ensure timely and accurate project completion

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Highly safety-conscious and committed to best practices
• Dependable, hardworking, and career-minded
• Willingness to work outdoors in hot, cold, or rainy weather
• Physically capable of lifting/moving 75 lbs or more
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the company

Requirements

Position Requirements:

• Must pass pre-employment and random drug screening
• Must pass a pre-employment background check
• Possess a valid unrestricted driver’s license with a clean 3-year driving history
• Availability for day/night/weekend shifts and occasional travel
• Strict adherence to all company safety regulations
• Must have reliable personal transportation to and from job sites
