The Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced Concrete Project Manager to lead an on-site, $3.5 million concrete project in Rolla, Missouri. You’ll oversee all phases of construction—planning, scheduling, and cost management ensuring KCI’s standards for safety, quality, and performance are met.

What You’ll Do

• Lead all aspects of the project to ensure safety, quality and daily progress.


• Manage budgets, change orders, and project documentation to ensure profitability.


• Partner closely with the Superintendent to coordinate self-performed concrete crews.


• Build strong relationships with owners, subcontractors, and internal teams.


• Proactively identify issues and implement solutions to keep the project on schedule.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field.


• 5+ years of experience managing concrete or heavy civil projects.


• Proven success managing self-performed concrete structures, piers, footings, foundations, slabs, walls, etc.


• Strong scheduling and cost management skills. 


• Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, HCSS, and Vista a plus.
