Concrete Superintendent

Position Overview:
The Concrete Superintendent supervises field crews and manages daily production on assigned projects. This role ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of concrete operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate concrete crews.
  • Interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Schedule daily manpower and equipment needs.
  • Operate heavy equipment as required.
  • Conduct daily safety meetings.
  • Monitor labor hours against production targets.
  • Coordinate inspections and deliveries.
  • Prevent rework and enforce quality control.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years concrete experience.
  • 2+ years supervisory experience.
  • OSHA 30 and NYC SST required.
  • Equipment operation proficiency.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience on high-rise or structural projects.
  • Bilingual communication skills.
