What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily field operations for concrete flatwork, sidewalks, and foundation jobs


• Supervise, coordinate, and mentor concrete laborers and finishers across multiple job sites


• Provide hands-on guidance and mentorship to younger or less experienced crew members to help grow their skills and confidence


• Ensure quality, productivity, and safety compliance throughout each phase of construction


• Read and interpret blueprints and project plans, ensuring jobs align with scope and specs


• Maintain strong communication with the office, project managers, and clients


• Manage materials, equipment, and logistics to keep projects moving on time and within budget

What You’ll Need:

• Several years of experience in concrete construction, including flatwork and foundations
