Job Description:

The Condition Report Writer (CR Writer) coordinates the important process of checking in vehicles for the auction and completing the condition report in a timely and efficient manner. The CR is vital to the online buyer to be their "eyes" on the car.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Check-in vehicles to auction software


• Taking detailed pictures of vehicles 


• Reporting damages


• Report prices on damages when needed


• Perform other duties assigned by manager/supervisor, including but not limited to locating and moving vehicles, starting/jump starting vehicles, etc.

Qualifications include:

• Strong verbal and written communication and interaction skills required


• Ability to sit, stand, climb stairs, squat, knee and walk for prolonged periods of time, must be able to lift 5-10 pounds. Vision abilities required


• Good computer and software knowledge


• Thrives in a fast paced environment


•  Exposure to weather conditions, fumes, and noises
  


• Self-motivated and goal oriented


• Qualified to operate a motor vehicle and have a valid driver’s license
