Condominium Building Attendant

DBS Staffing Services, Inc. is currently seeking a versatile Condominium Building Attendant to join our team. This multifaceted role combines janitorial, maintenance, and administrative front desk duties, ensuring a seamless experience for residents and management in a condominium setting. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily janitorial tasks, including cleaning common areas, restrooms, and outdoor spaces to ensure cleanliness and sanitation.
• Assist with routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, basic plumbing repairs, and general upkeep of the building.
• Provide front desk support by welcoming residents and guests, answering inquiries, and offering assistance as needed.
• Manage packages and deliveries, ensuring they are distributed to the appropriate individuals.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff for any significant repairs or issues that arise.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages.
• Follow all safety protocols to ensure a secure and pleasant environment for residents.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in janitorial, maintenance, or customer service roles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
