I. Function Summary:
The Confectionery Cook is responsible for cooking and mixing of all confectionery items produced in the Souderton facility. The position must accurately weigh and mix all ingredients while constantly confirming the quality of the ingredients and final product. Also, this associate must account for all materials used through our ERP system (ROSS) certifying those materials are scanned into the production job.

Employee will perform most job duties in a manufacturing environment that may at
times be hot and humid (Above 80 degrees). Must have the ability to consistently lift,
stack, push or pull boxes weighing up to 50 lbs. to a height of 5 feet, and pulling a pallet
load of up to 770 lbs. The operator must be able to continuously walk, stand and to
withstand working in a warehouse with a temperature of 60 degrees – 70 degrees F.
While performing the duties of this job the employee must be willing to stand and walk
over an eight (8) hour shift. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
